Meet the Team

Alex Kalmanovich, D.D.S practices general, cosmetic and airway dentistry, and one of his passions is to help patients who struggle with disordered breathing during sleep. Dr. Kalmanovich earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from UC Irvine. After receiving his dental degree from University of the Pacific in San Francisco, he returned to Southern California, where he established a practice in Laguna Beach. Dr. Kalmanovich is passionate about continuing education to make sure he stays current on the latest techniques. He has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in Airway prosthodontics, oral appliance therapy, sleep apnea, and frenectomy surgery. In 2018 Dr. Kalmanovich became a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, making him the first dentist in South Orange County to earn this honor.

Dr. Kalmanovich is member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and Orange County Dental Association, and has served as a Delegate for the Orange County Association.
